How Bio Fertilizers enhance the fertility of the land

The biofertilizers which prevent the pre dripping of the fruits and flowers aids in enhancing the fertility of the land, they are meant to retain the optimum quality of the soil and have the constituents of biological wastes which don’t have the chemicals infused in them.

And such fertilizers have the microorganisms which are beneficial for the soil and don’t result into any kind of diseases in the crops. It proves that there are no hazardous ingredients in the soil and is the most preferred form of fertilizers because of its natural traits and non-toxicant attributes. The chemical fertilizers whereas results into the exploitation of the soil and degradation of the soil quality level.

Such organic biofertilizers are found in various ways:

The phosphor which releases the phosphorus in clay

Rhizo the bacteria which excretes the nitrogen to the roots of leguminous plants like peas, beans, cloves have the capacity to fixate the nitrogen. And releases approximately 20 to 50 gms of nitrogen per acre per season which means it releases 80% to 90% of the nitrogen to the atmosphere naturally and plays the great role for the dicot plants like red gram, black gram, green gram, oils seeds like a groundnut and soya bean. And increases the efficiency in the production of the plants overall.

Azotobactor, a bio fertilizer which enhances the seed germination, root proliferation, early flowering, and maturity is applied through the seed treatment, spreading to the soil, mixing while preparing compost and in turn instigates vitamin A, phosphorus by excluding the pest. They are nutrient-rich sources of organic matter that breakdowns and slowly feeds the crops and plants make the soil strong and healthy by improving its original state.

The effect of these bio fertilizers is dependent upon a lot of factors like climatic condition, soil type, farming methods, etc. The fertilizer used and method of application plays a crucial role in its productivity. They are easily available, economical and if used in the form of seeds then there are greater chances to improve the fertility of the soil. 20% improvement in wheat, paddy, sugarcane, cotton, potato, sunflowers, and other crops have been observed.
